First
of all, I would like to thank and congratulate those members who worked
the Fireman's Clambake. I have heard so many great compliments on the
food and service. A lot of hard work, time and dedication was put into
it and as a result, it was a huge success! On September 3rd, Sidetrack Blues Band will be playing at our Lodge, 8 to midnight. There will be a $3.00 cover charge at the door. We're hoping that more members will come and enjoy the music, do some dancing and patronize our Lodge! District Deputy William Zitzow, from Binghamton Lodge, will be visiting our lodge on Sept. 22 nd, along with State Vice President Doug Neiss. All officers need to be present at the meeting. We will be performing initiation and all will be judged on their parts. Let's put on a good ritual for them. If any officer or officers, would like a practice session, please let me know. Thanks. Fraternally,
Sue Fletcher, ER fletcher@mkl.com |

An Observation, Recognition and Appeal from a new member: Observation: It takes a lot of dedication in order for an organization such as this Lodge, to achieve its goals.
Recognition: As always there are few who are willing to become dedicated, Thank you to - Ed, Barb, Dick, Bob, Garry, Brenda, Gail, Ralph, Steve, Ron, Jim, Sandy, Vikki, George, Janet, Andy, Sue, Jason, John, Fran, Tammy, Mark, Phil, Dorthea... seems like a long list but it pales by comparision to a 400+ membership ( Sorry if I missed anyone ). Appeal: I urge every member, new and old, to volunteer whatever time you can to help out. If everyone does a little, then no one has to do alot. Tracy Reynolds |
