| 6/28/2008 | An email from Lorraine: There is no change in Ron. He sleeps but answer if I ask a question. He is in ICU, when I got there the pulmonary doctor was with him, when I got back in he was gone. The nurse told me Dr. Bajwa did the needle prick on him. He could feel it everywhere except the lower part of his legs. They are watching his blood pressure and his heart and his kidneys. JUst before I was about o leave, they told me and him they were going to do a dialysis so I decided to stay while they did that. It took two hours. They told me he would rest and sleep very well after that. I was concern so I asked if this was just a one time thing and the nurse told me yes. It was to get the impurities out. Then I asked the two that were doing the procedure if it was a one time thing and as far as they knew yes. He seems comfortable, burps a lot but I believe that is good. I plan to go see both doctors Monday morning. Don't know what I really will find out because I don't really think they know themselves. I have my weak moments but I also have my very strong moments. HIm and I will get through this one too. Lorraine |
