Welcome to MKL.Net. Our monthly rates are $19.25, and you can save if you pay for one year in advance at the rate of $189.00. You will be receiving your subscription renewal approximately 15 days prior to expiration date VIA E-MAIL. If you have an alternate E-mail address or if you wish to receive your invoice via postal mail, be sure to make a note on your signup sheet or notify the Billing Office.

• Billing Questions:
  Call (607) 967-3800 Mo-Fr between 9 AM and 5 PM; E-mail billing@mkl.com; in person at the MKL.Net home office, ask for Helen.   We strive to keep our records accurate. If you feel that you received a statement in error or if you notice a discrepancy, please be sure to let us know promptly.
   

• Late Payments:
  If your statement became due while you were out of town or if you experiencing financial hardship, please be sure to E-mail billing@mkl.com and ask for an extension. The billing system is set up to E-mail a reminder/disconnection notice automatically 1 day after due date. We also send this notice via Postal Mail on the day that it is being E-mailed.  A $5.00 handling fee applies to accounts that are subject to a reminder notice.  Accounts that are still past due 21 days after due date will be suspended unless a payment promise has been received. 55 days after due date a final letter will be sent. Accounts more than 90 days past due will be placed in collections.
